I have two half chicken breasts roasting with seasonings and oil and garlic and I have two boneless skinless breast portions that I marinated in Paul Newman salad dressing roasting too.....and I have a salmon fillet defrosted that will be cooked this evening too...... I also have some nice asparagas and rice.

Elston, question? When you say asparagus and rice, do you mean asparagus with rice? Or asparagus as a side and rice as a side? (Forgive me if this is an ignorant question, but I have never prepared asparagus since I don't like it. Of course, I do need to try it again in different ways since I haven't tasted it since I was a child.
I do too..Had to stock up...Of course I can't have one until 2 AM after the dental work today...That is going to be a late dinner for that burger but have it I will....
