No idea yet. My BF is spending the weekend and I know she would really like a salad w/rotisier chicken. I know this because that's what I've had for lunch everyday this week and she keeps saying how good that sounds. The only thing is that I've eaten it 4 out of 5 days now and I'm about saladed (it that a word?) out.
I really don't want chicken cause I'm going to make that crockpot chicken recipe from a few pages back on Sunday. We are going to a Mardi Gras parade and it will be nice to have food ready when we get back.
I need something easy and good. Any ideas my foodie friends?
PS - By BF I meant best friend. I think thats supposed to be BFF??? Is that right?
So far the only suggestions I am hearing is for Liquior and peanuts. Ok, sounds good.
What I really want is some crawfish but it's just the beginning of the season and they are still to expensive.
LOL When I lived in Oklahoma we went Crawdaddy fishing in a creek.... it would flood in rain and we would grab hotdogs and run out with nets and our hotdogs and catch those suckers.... LOL.... but we never ate them.... I always got really grossed out as a kid.... LOL.... If only I KNEW!!!!!!

Well, here it is 3:40p cst and I haven't even given dinner a thought. Maybe eating out, since it's Friday anyway, would be a good idea.
When we were at the grocery store the other day they had pork cubed steaks on sale. I've never tried these so we picked some up. So tonight I think I will do a quick fry of the pork and have sweet potatoe patties and corn on the side.
OOHHHH I think you'll love them. We have them avail. all the time down here in SC and I use Zatarains Southern Fried Chicken flour mix and lightly fry till they are a heavenly golden brown!!!!!! ENJOY DARLIN!
