Alright, I just took inventory... I have some tilapia that can be grilled up and I have a delicious salad I can toss together quick... can some oven roasted potatoes in and some buttered sprouts... done... he just has to grill the fish... he doesn't mind that so it is all done... just had to get off my duff and figure out what the heck to make him... I am stuffed from this afternoon. (My mother, aunt, and grandmother came over for lunch and we had three desserts- and salad!!! )

Some of you may be getting a DM from my friend olivedoyle--she is just trying to find this thread so if anyone can guide her it would be appreciated! She asked me for names of people who knew me so of course I gave her some names from this thread. Thanks for any help here.

Thanks--I just emailed it to her. This has been a very close friend of mine from many many years ago. Even through thousands of miles we keep in touch. I sure would enjoy her becoming a part of us here!

Oh boy... so I made the dinner for hubby... he came home from work absolutely exhausted and with a fever!!!! He sat down to dinner and ate the fish but could eat nothing else! Poor guy... but after all of that drama of what to make I had to dump the rest of his dinner down the drain because it was infested with cold bug germs At least he thought the fish was delicious by the way I broiled it and didn't make him grill...

Oh my! I sure hope he feels better soon. Good you at least were able to make him something he enjoyed even if he couldn't eat it all. What a drag! You take care of yourself too.
