Good Luck Highlandsgirl, you will be great. After the interview stop at Fresh Market or Whole Foods and buy yourself a delicious treat for dinner.

I dont know what they told you a quahog is......but it is a large sea clam with a hard shell....popular in RI and northern New England chopped as a chowdah clam or in fritters (maybe like a conch in Florida)
STUFFIES:
If you steam em open and chop the cooked clam and mix it with any type of sage stuffing and maybe some sausage (sage or choricco or liguica) mound it back in the shell, a little paprika or Old Bay seasoning and bake it and when hot put a pat of butter on it and spice it up with tabasco ....delicous as a side or a lot of them with a pitcher of ice cold beer to share with friends.

I think I would choose the latter with an ice cold beer

I can't think! I am preparing for my interview and getting nervous!
You'll do just fine! Just be who you are and keep that "self-confidence" going girl! We will all be keeping positive thoughts going your way!!

Good luck Highlandsgirl!

Tonight I'm cooking beef in thai red curry with rice and coconut veggies. Made double sauce last time and froze it, so that just needs defrosting and simmering with the beef.

I'm heading out to the market. We shall see. Hungry for fish if I can find some that qualifies. Tired of beef, chicken, pork, etc. There still is the option of fried cabbage and link sausage.

I'm feeling like comfort food tonight---chicken fried steak, fresh corn on the cob and good old mashed potatoes with chicken gravy! Quick, easy and so good!
