I wish I had a recipe for the broccoli salad they serve at Sweet Tomato's Restaurant. In addition to broccoli, it has pecans, raisins and some type of a sweet dressing. I haven't tried to fix it, yet. I might have to order takeout so I can bring it home for analysis. ha! Anyone heard of this?

Tampa Karen-Welcome-you can use any leftover pasta, veggie and make a great fritatta. Also makes great appetizers when cut in bite size pieces.

This is the best forum! Thx for the reps!

It made too much and we had leftovers. I put them in the fridge, but I've been wondering if it will be gross when re-heated. Any advice or suggestions on this one?

When I reheat them I put in the oven, tastes better than reheating in the microwave. Also like Lacey said, room temp is good.
