Nothing food wise to report here at all.....this is kind of a salad and chicken week.
The weekend will be tough as I am cooking for 60+ with some really good things including the Lemon Nector Cake. Thank you for that recipe.
We are having beef pasta hb helper tonight for dinner with a salad. I might get energetic if I can pull myself away from the computer and make some brownies or cookies.
Tonight hot dogs(Hebrew National) and beans for my hubby. My DH was telling me when he was a kid one of his Uncle's used to have a Hot Dog Cart business in NY. DH said he loved going to his house for parties because the Yoo Hoo's and soda's were piled high in the garage. And then his Uncle would whip out that cart and make the hot dogs that were linked together and steam them. Oh yum.
Jaxson has a wonderful hot dog chili sauce recipe! I think it is called Spanish sauce. I will look for my copy I printed, or maybe Jax can help with the location of it!

Hey all-change again here for dinner. We were out finishing up bank, drugs and I picked up 2 fried chicken breasts and 2 wings, Stouffers mac n cheese for Mr. L, peas. No cooking for "packing mama"-I am beat right now but car is packed and ready. I cannot wait to wave bye-bye to this place.
HG will be thinking of your Jack along with Cyn's Sadie.

I decided to thaw some chicken breasts and make chicken parmesan, spaghetti, fresh broccoli and ciabatta bread. ..a nice Manhattan.
