We owe a ton because my hubby is self-employed. But unlike everybody else, I just want to get the pain over with, I WANT hubby to finish with turbotax!
Debsi....I am self-employed but usually get a return because I have DH claim single zero with an additional amount taken out...That seems to work. I am lucky though because I have a lot of write offs.

It won't be quite so bad next year, DH is upping his quarterly withholding. I'm just telling myself we owe a lot more money because he had a much better year than 2006!
That keeps my attitude up much better than saying #$%&(#$#&*( the IRS!
Tonight was sloppy joes and potato salad. I like Heinz sloppy joes mix in the can, and I add a small can of corn to it, so the little corns go pop in your mouth when you eat it. And you must use those horrid little cheap hamburger buns, or it's not as good.
I made skinless boneless chicken breasts, cooked in evoo, with a little salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and parsley.... brown rice and steamed carrots, squash and zuccini...
Yesterday was a nice salad with tomato, cucumber, green pepper, turkey, salami, and cheese with homemade croutons.
Tonight we are going out with some friends to Mongolian Barbeque, which means I am having a very tiny lunch!
