Last night I had super-healthy and delish vietnamese summer rolls w shrimp - while DS & DH had pepperoni pizza (their choice!). I feel highly sanctimonious now!

what's for dinner tonight...no idea I feel like roast chicken and roast potatoes, but got nothing in. have to go shopping....

Very simple tonight, chicken breasts in Provencal Herbs and Garlic marinade, , steamed broccoli and new potatoes .

Not sure yet. Deciding between burgers with mustard potato salad, pizza and salad, or going to a local italian place b/c we have a two for one entree coupon.

Yes Now! Katsmeeyow.......I wish I could send you a slice. It is sweet and moist and has a very lovely velvety texture and a soft crumb and a faint hint of sweet dark rum that makes the flavor just a smidge more complex.
