John sorry to say I've never had shake n bake. With our chops I dip in seasoned egg, coat with crushed saltines, pan brown and transfer to a covered baking dish and bake at 325 for 45 min.
John no need to brown your chops that is why it is called shake and bake.
southdown since we just witnessed a new president advocating change let's turn that cigarette saying around to impower change in habits too. Honestly I didn't realize it was associated with encouraging smoking though.

I just ate cottage cheese for lunch and will have an orange as a snack before musical rehearsal after school. When I get home I think I just want something simple like grilled cheese and tomato soup.
And I'll be watching lots of inaguration highlights.....couldn't get a good stream on my computer for it.
I had left over maccaroni in a tomatoe sauce with some hot dog slices.
DH had fried potatoes with some salami, egg, cheese, pickled cucumbers - all baked together in pan. I told him that it needs some grated cheese on top but he wouldn't listen...
Tomorrow's grocery shopping time and I already went through 2 cookbooks to find new recipes.
Grilled cheese (pepperjack for me) and tomato soup...Cold today and that sounds the best.
