Tasting menu at a wine and chocolate bar - pita, hummus, artichoke dip, prosciutto, cheeses, fruit, paninis, pizza, chicken, dumplings... followed by chocolate fondue with berries, pineapple, banana, brownies, marshmallows, rice crispie treats and pretzels... followed by truffles.
We are about to drive over to OKC for a wedding as soon as we get out of church. They are having a Mexican theme meal so we choose Chicken Fajitas. I don't know what else will be included. I assume rice and beans.
BBQ chicken wings for hubby, Grilled burger for me with ketchup and sweet relish on a toasted English muffin, cheesy rice casserole made from scratch and glazed carrots courtesy of green Giant LOL.
Chicken parmesan over spaghetti, fresh squash, carrot and raisin salad, and dinner rolls. Sweet iced tea to drink.
