Last night we had Bubba's Burrito bar. I had a veggie burrito bowl, which has onions, broccoli, peppers, tomato and zucchini, with rice, black beans and balsamic sauce. Hubby a Brotato burrito which had steak, onion rings, fried potatoes, rice, beans, cheese and a bayou sauce.

I am just getting ready to do braised pork shoulder, with veggies and cold slaw. I want to make a meal for our church friend, so hubby can take the Mexican dinner from last night and this to him. I am also making a really easy, almost no bake lemon, and strawberry cheese pie.

Bought a lean sirloin steak and sliced it thin and pounded it out for roast beef dip tonight. Baking the bread as I type this and caramelizing the red onions. Later on will add mushrooms and make oven fries. A nice cesar salad to round it all out.

Something healthy, fit, and nutritious: a simple tossed salad.

Then destroy all that health/nutrition with a (BIG) slice of Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
