Back in 2003, Cheez-It crackers introduced their chili-cheese flavor. I was over the moon for those crackers. They stained my fingers and mouth, gave me bad breath and heartburn, and burned my mouth like a mofo, but that's just part of the sweet torture a chilihead like myself loves. Alas, poor Yorick, they disappeared from the shelves sometime in 2005, never to be seen again. I miss them.

I'm now addicted to Fritos chili-cheese corn chips, but they're a pale substitute for the Cheez-Its. I can only hope they don't suffer the same ignominious fate.

Does anyone remember a ceral called "Rice Krinkles" ? Era 1964
I could of sworn Kellogs made it.
It was just like Rice Krispies...only they were sweetened.
I called Kellogs several years ago & asked them, they said, No they never made them. But then I could of been talking to a young'n.'

I know they have frosted Rice Krispies now...but that's just in the last couple years.

Anyone have a clue ???

Taco Bell's Bacon Cheeseburger burrito and taco. I used to love them.

Eta, Hardees (Carl's Jr) did discontinue their hot dogs and fish sandwiches, too. Both were very good.

Jack in the Box: Chili-cheese curly fries, Frings, "secret sauce" on the burgers, Southwestern sirloin bacon-cheeseburger.

Carl's Jr: Jumbo chili dog.

Taco Bell: The Bell Burger (essentially a taco, but on a hamburger bun)

My old refrain whenever a thread like this appears...

Kellogg's Concentrate cereal. Tiny flakes in a small gold paper wrapped box. Good with a heaping teaspoon of refined white sugar. Ah sweet mystery of youth!

cheese waffle crackers. They were little round waffle shaped crackers with cheddar cheese in between them.

WooHoo, I happened to look on Amazon ~~ I can get them there:

Dole (I think) used to make this stuff like applesauce, but it was pineapple sauce. It was so good, especially with pork. I've tried using crushed pineapple and coming up with my own, but no luck. I's sure it had something to do with large quantities of high fructose corn syrup, that undoubtedly was in it.

Try Jalapeno Cheetos. They are addictive.

Baby Ruth ice cream bars. A drink that I really miss is Mr. Cola. Has anyone ever heard of that? What I wouldn't give to have a nice, cold Mr. Cola.
