I just had homemade greek yogurt with coconut chips sprinkled on top and sweetened with a little honey. I also had a thin slice of toasted apricot bread - need the carbs so I can go mow my lawn!

IF you like hot sauce, you may like this recipe idea I got from my daughter, which has become one of my favorites.

Toast a piece of whole grain, chewy, thick bread with a little butter on top.

Slice a boiled egg thinly and place on top.

Add a few thin slices of red onion.

Sprinkle with sea salt and cracked black pepper.

Dash a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce on top.

Enjoy!

You wont' believe how good this is!

Most often just a cup of coffee and one slice of toasted raisin bread! Once every two weeks, maybe a 3 min egg with a slice of buttered toast. Once a month, a big country breakfast at our local pancake house.
