Default Breakfast in Sausalito

A ham and egg omelet, sliced plantain browned to perfection on the skillet, a couple of homemade blueberry muffins with butter, and a tall glass of cranberry juice. This will be followed by a cup of twig tea as I go for a walk in Sausalito.

Unfortunately I am having oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar today. May add peanut butter to it as well. That will help a little.

I had to rush out the door this morning since I woke up an hour late, but, fortunately, I boiled some eggs last night for a convenient morning breakfast. So I stuffed my face with that while driving(bad idea) and a granola bar. Later I bought some fruit.
