I've never been a big breakfast eater, even as a kid.
A few months ago I got one of those individual-serving blenders and now most mornings I make a quick smoothie: whatever fruit and berries (and sometimes greens) are in season, plus plain organic yoghurt and/or some juice or coconut water.
I still break down occasionally and stop for a McMuffin on the way to work (oops) but I've settled into a morning smoothie routine, which I sort of like. This morning was strawberries, blueberries, yoghurt and coconut water blended together.
