Broccoli and cheddar quiche, green salad, garlic bread

Made some eggplant parmesan from scratch for the first time and it was perfect. Didn't have garlic bread and didn't want pasta with it, so I baked some pretzel bread I had in the freezer and it was goooood.

A simple and quick dinner tonight: Beets, green beans and onion salad with a slice of toasted cheddar bread.

i just helped an old friend cutting up a moose and got a few good steaks-love moose meat!!

DD and DS home for family reunion. I'm fixing DD's request of Beef Stroganoff with lots and lots of mushrooms, wilted spinach salad with mandarin oranges and red onions. fruit for dessert.
