I think we are having steak and lobster. No, I don't make it a habit of buying Lobster, but the small tails are on sale this week and it just sounds to good to pass up. We will have salad and mashed potatoes as well. Then, I think it is time to start the all out diet, not only calorie wise but budget wise. We leave for our cruise 1 month from today, I have to have a few less lbs and a few more $$s.

Orange chicken over rice. This is supposed to be better than Panda Express, which I have never had, so we shall see how it turns out.

had pot roast cooked with lots of carrots, potatoes, and onions, also had green beans, mash potatoes with gravy from the roast, dinner rolls. tried something new, roasted grapes and Italian sausage baked in a mix of butter, vinegar and red wine. it came out pretty good. baked apples and a big pitcher of lemon tea. had family in town from new jersey so had to send them back with a full stomach.
