Pork chops with a mess of spicy mustard greens and onions.

Gumbo from the Tony something other box where I added fresh shrimp and andouille sausage. Cheesy biscuits.

Chili made with a pile of sweet red peppers, carrots, onions, 3 types of beans and turkey.

bacon, burger, mushroom pizza, with a mix of shredded mozzarella/smoked provolone cheese..mmmmmmmmmmm

Another scrounge night in our house. I don't know what Son is having, but I am going to saute some mushrooms, onion, and green peppers and toss in some chunked up leftover roasted pork loin when the veggies are cooked. I'll eat that along with some corn souffle.
