Today I bake the whole Rainbow trout in the oven. I flavor it with dill weed and 1-2 lemons cut in slices and cover in foil that I brushed gently with olive oil. Oven Temp.450 F and about 30 min. in the oven. It is quite fast with a fish.

Thanks!

Sounds similar to a trout I prepared years ago - I also stuffed it (just can't remember with what ).

I got up insanely early today so will be having dinner in a few minutes (before 4 p.m. my time -- I feel like I am 90 years old, lol!) ... I think just soup and toast since I don't have anything made! Hope to do better this weekend!!!!

What I have found is that the earlier the dinner, the sooner the hunger pangs begin in the late evening or early morning (if I happen to awaken from sleep in the middle of the night/wee morning). In the evening and some time after supper, a little fruit, cheese or salad takes care of those premature pangs.

London broil was on sale this week, so I cut one up for beef stew. It's nearly done ....

Unfortunately, my in laws had canned salmon for dinner, and I can't escape the smell.

I used up the garlic sauce from last night's dinner and made clams and macaroni. Pinot Grigio to drink.

I guess I am getting lazy... I Mean lazy here since I just learned that instead of just the two of us plus the boys that the WHOLE clan will be coming to my house.

My sister guilted everyone saying " it's her first thanksgiving in her new house!!!" which we did say that thanksgiving was to be in our house... But my dad had other plans. But that matter is for another thread ugh!

So tonight it is mama's pizza from Aldi and for a while no home made from scratch stuff.
