Fruit, cheese and bread. I made a cultured almond and cashew cheese and put it in the dehydrator overnight so it has a nice rind. Yum.

Honestly, the last 2 weeks I've eaten the worst in my life because my antihistamine is draining all evidence of life out of me, so I just stop, grab 'n go. My combo lunch/dinner was a large bag of Ruffles potato chips & a ton of water. I'll be adding a double espresso & another ton of water to that shortly & some vitamins later.

A tropical fruit Greek non-fat yogurt, 2 large slices of whole wheat bread with healthy margarine and strawberry jam and a large mug of green ginger (with a sweet note of pear) tea with a teaspoon of sugar.
