2 toasted light whole wheat slices of bread with healthy margarine and strawberry jam, a non-fat pineapple Greek yogurt and British black tea (purchased in London) with a teaspoon of sugar and a bit of fat-free milk.
I spent most of today in hospital with a friend whose husband was getting a heart cath done.
So I had hospital cafeteria food:
Fried catfish, mashed potatoes (with skins on, best part!) and gravy, steamed carrots and a little plastic container of apple sauce.
It was edible, is the best I can say. The potatoes were actually pretty good.
nachos with sweet potato tortilla chips. Oh, the heartburn.......
