Yesterday was 1/2 large bag of organic popcorn... the store ran out of Ruffles chips... probably because of moi ... an espresso & tons of water.

Today, I'm getting better... small bowl of homemade chicken bone soup (lots of veggies & broth, no chicken or noodles), a double espresso & an Avery IPA (I'm home all day), followed by 20-oz of fresh juice (thanks to my snappy, snazzy, nifty Black & Decker extractor/juicer/shoe polisher... well, maybe it doesn't do the latter) with 4 carrots, 1 beet, 4 stalks celery, 1 lemon, 1 red pepper, 1 cucumber & a dash of cayenne. Thoroughly liquid lunch...

I didn't have much of an appetite, so I just had some apple and pear slices, an oatmeal snack bar and a bottle of water.

Nice to switch it up once in awhile, Dennis, although I've gotten used to your ham sandwich & pear slice lunches. These posts are inspiring me to pay more attention to eating... I forget sometimes, but I'm workin' on it.

I hesitate to say this, as the rest of the country is under snow , but it's so hot & sunny in my house today (& I've had a low grade headache all day), I have little appetite... but, I did eat healthily, albeit scantily.... 1/2-C homemade veggie soup with a homemade meatball & a double espresso. To be followed by tons of water & a handful of aspirin for the bloody achin' bonce...
