Ramen soup with more fresh vegetables than noodles: onion, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, fresh cilantro and a pinch of red pepper flakes for an added kick. For 'dessert', the other half of a Tangelo.

Leftovers from last nights dinner - we put jerk dry rub on some whole chicken wings and tossed them on the outdoor grill... yum! Also a few spears of fresh asparagus - I like it raw. And a dill pickle

Haha. That made me laugh out loud. I'm so bad with plants, if cilantro were on my windowsill, it would climb outside & become ivy! My 2 sisters can grow anything... I swear they sprout seeds from thin air... my mum & I have no such green thumb luck.

Patenjal, try taking some probiotics if the yogurt is giving you trouble. I took some today because tummy is still a little troubled.
I've taken Lactaid pills before, but sadly 1 pill doesn't work, nor 2. When I also figured out it costs $1.50 (2 pills) per yogurt, I've normally gone without (sad, as I love yogurt). But, I'll do some research. I thought yogurt had probiotics in it? Obviously, I'm not savvy on the subject, so cheers for mentioning iit... I'll do a bit of poking about.

My lunch was a giant lunch/dinner combo as I had no time to eat, running errands all day... large cast iron seared steak with a whole caramelized onion, 3-cups sauteed spinach & a raw red pepper for dessert.

Hope your tummy's better, CC. Thanks for the pro-b tip!

A non-fat promegranate Greek yogurt, 2 toasted whole wheat slices of bread with strawberry jam, a whole wheat pita bread with healthy-style margarine and a large mug of Ceylon tea with a teaspoon of sugar and a bit of skim milk.

Small, cast iron seared steak with a caramelized onion, 1 egg yolk & 1/2-C roasted eggplant puree, washed down with strong, hot, IR tea, black. I really wanted a potato chip sandwich with extra chips, but this seemed a better option.

Have a great weekend, all!
