Earlier, I had a Jimmy John's Vito (with double meat and all the fixins on white) bought for me at work (Supervisor was buying), and I brought it home to have with some barbecue potato chips.
Ok dinner changed a bit. I still made the BBQ chicken legs for hubby, I also made 2 quiches, 1 was broccoli cheddar and the other was spinach and cheddar, I had a small slice of both for my dinner. I decided not to eat meat for dinner. We ate the macaroni salad for lunch.
Leftover food from yesterday's get-together, which was barbecued baby back ribs, a bratwurst and half a corn on the cob. I added some Spanish rice and had a small bowl of mixed fruit pieces.
We grilled steaks that we had been marinating. Hubby also does a wonderful grilled corn on the cob. We also did Trader Joe's oven fries, green salad and ice cream. Delicious! :-)
