A non-fat peach Greek yogurt, 2 toasted light whole wheat slices of bread and a mini Portuguese roll - all with strawberry spread and healthy margarine and a mug of Tiens Chinese herbal tea with a teaspoon of sugar.

Bought one of those "rotisserie chicken's" from the supermarket for dinner. They are tasty and cheap, with no work involved
expect a side of steamed green beans..The ones in the bag from green giant. Dinner in 10 minutes LOL..

Last night was Chinese-style and tonight I'm going to go Italiano: pork chops pizzaiola, linguine with roasted veggies in a lemon, garlic cream sauce and orange pound cake with strawberries for dessert. I'm trying to make up for all the meals I didn't cook this past week because I was too busy at the office. You would think one of them would have gotten off their spoiled duffs and made dinner for me!

Throw-together-what-seems-edible.

So, a can of butter beans, heirloom tomatoes from last year's garden, a bunch of mustard greens topped with feta cheese and some random spices. Very tasty, too!
