Chicken wings coated in a gluten free flour mix with extra spices and seasoning. They are cooking as I type this and I'm hungry tonight.

Just got back home from a very short business trip on the East Coast. I'm tired, but I want steak. Ribeyes were sold out, so my wife bought some NY strip steaks.

Grilled NY strip steak
Rice
Grilled asparagus
Spinach salad
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale while I'm grilling

I've been getting corn on the cob lately form my local SM and don't know where it's from (not from here i know) and it's sweeter and better tasting than local grown here in the summer. Where is the corn coming from as it's good, real good.

I made some turnip greens. I'm also making some basmati rice. I poured the greens broth in with the raw rice, along with some allspice, fennel seed, cardamom, a little dundicut dried red chili, black pepper, salt and olive oil. When the rice is done cooking I'll slice some Aidell's chicken-apple sausage in thin slices, sautee them briefly in olive oil, with fresh parsley, basil, rosemary and garlic, mix it in with the rice, and have a little mango chutney with it. Turnip greens on the side.
