I'm in a rut, but loving our new George Foreman grill!

Tonight is still TBD...
We do that a lot, have the same/very similar meals several times in a week. Honestly, it doesn't bother me, but I don't usually want to have the same meal three days in a row.

Tonight was chicken tenders & fresh corn on the cob.

Thanks for the support! . I go through creative/non-creative phases. Lately, I just want things to be simple.

Tonight he had French bread French toast (say that three times fast), and I had French bread, brie, and a salted sliced tomato. I could live a long time on bread and cheese!

At least you keep in simple which is good for the summer months. Who wants to rack their brain and spend too much time in the kitchen when the weather says: "come outside: enjoy me.

We are having spaghetti for dinner, only because I am on a "clean out the freezer" kick and I have some frozen sauce with meatballs waiting to be eaten. I will stick the whole thing (no not the container) in the crock pot. Of course what is spaghetti without a nice green salad?

Aaahhh...it's going to be 68 today and raining. It's unstuffed peppers in the crock pot, mashed potatoes. Ice tea to drink. My time on CD will be limited the next few weeks. I have a huge bone to pick with the LTRG in Ocean County, NJ and I'm moving into a bigger townhouse in the next 4 weeks...so I'm packing. I'll check in with my favorite foodies! MUAH!
