I don't think most people here really eat true ethnic dishes. When you say American, Chinese, Indian for example.

What Indian or Chinese dish that is truly authentic these days?

Most chicken marsala are too water down.

Why is it called a a chinese eggroll in America? There's no eggs inside it.

So I highly doubt most folks here really could eat authentic ethnic cooking.

Pennsylvania Dutch.

Toss up between Chinese and Mexican. The only Mexican food I'll really eat, though, is chili, which happens to be one of my favorites.

But you could. Pat yourself on the back, assuming you haven't already.

I can eat many ethnic cruises but really I think I prefer caveman food or oldschool BBQ simple and it's really all a man needs.

Most of the food in the Flushing Mall Food Court is authentic. I've also had delicious hot pot, and hot pot is very authentic

When it comes to Colombia I've tried arepas de choclo, pan de bono, plato montanero, mojicones. Authentic stuff mate

The only authentic ethnic food I can't eat is Russian. Growing up in Moscow I've had my fill of holodetz (eew), salo (bigger eew) and dressed herring (deuueaugh) in my childhood
