I have a bunch of chicken thighs I want to use up. I am making a chicken soup from total scratch. I need to get up and start the broth going. The house is going to smell so good!
It is quite cold this morning with frost warning tonight and I am freezing,too cheap to put the heater back on.
Tonight spaghetti with baby meatball in a rich tomato sauce,a green garden salad and garlic bread. For dessert a mixed fruit salad with hot vanilla sauce.
It's probably going to be a homemade pizza-- with these yummy ingredients:
green olives, Genoa salami, muchrooms, green peppers, red onion, crushed garlic, grated Parmesan cheese (melted with mozzarella), and sliced roma toms.

Grilled chicken with green beans, covered in a sauce I am going to make with garlic, Philadelphia cheese, carrots and onions. Served with some boiled potatoes and salad
