I guess it's a barbecue day for me today. Dinner was some leftover barbecued pork with brown rice, side of mixed veggies (peas and carrots) and a few nectarine slices.
Roasted bone in pork shoulder and sauteed garden veggies. Rub the roast with liquid smoke,(I know, trust me) salt, pepper, garlic and then wrap in foil with a quartered onion. Roast at 325 until center is 170.
