Grilled chicken quarters with rotisserie rub and basted with Kinders(local California brand) Roasted BBQ sauce and instant garlic mash and sides of frozen corn and green beans . Sounds plain but everything is really good.

My niece posted this recipe on FB for meatballs stuffed with mozzarella. Done in 2.5 hours in the slow cooker. I'm making these so we can have meatball subs. I'll serve it with a huge salad. Friday and Saturday are my DD'S birthday and then mine, so no cooking for me Friday and Saturday. We're celebrating!

Currently at work but have been informed that my presence is required in my local Indian restaurant with the boys tonight.

So that will be chicken curry, rice, both lamb and chicken tikka starter, sheek kebab, quarter of tandoori chicken, poppadom, keema naan bread with a salad and washed down with a few King kobras ( bottled lager )
