It is too hot for me to deal with the oven and I have a family of carnivores, so tonight will be things we can put on the grill:

Bacon-wrapped tenderloin tips, Vietnamese-style chicken wings, meatballs in a tomato-wine sauce,
potato salad, Hawaiian rolls, and lemonade/rum spritzers to drink. I'm just crumbling shortbread cookies and sliced strawberries over lemon sherbet for dessert.

Last minute change of plans. Things got crazy and I didn't make it to the market. I am putting off the lobster rolls until Thursday. Tonight I am cooking a ham steak up real quick to go with the macaroni salad I made this morning.

Grilling outside - black bean burgers on flour tortilla, topped with grilled tomatoes, and avocados and charred sweet onions.

Grilled corn with herb butter. A large tossed green salad.

Grilled fruit kabobs with gingered vanilla yogurt dip. Unsweetened iced tea.

Dining al fresco! It's beautiful outside!
