Slow roast chicken in the dutch oven with caramelized onions,garlic,red potato, brussel sprout and carrot from under the chicken. Toasted sourdough bread to get all the yummy bits and juice from the pan.

I had some breakfast sausage in the freezer that I wanted to use up so I made a simple egg bake with spinach, sharp cheddar and baguette cubes.

Avocados are on sale here so they went in with some greens, red onion, bacon, sunflower seeds and bleu cheese.
