I get canned tuna in spring water for tuna salad. Can anyone explain canned tuna in vegetable oil? I bought the wrong one and it was disgusting to have this slimy oil pouring out a can of fish. I initially thought it went bad.

Hamburger Helper and it's chicken & tuna siblings are a single man's or working mom's handy treat.

I use the light frozen TV dinners at work and get a few for the wife. I work rotating shifts at the hospital so this is the easiest way to have food ready to eat. Some of them have a very good flavor. Wife has spinal problems so she can't always cook when I'm not home so these provide a small meal that is more nutritious than a sandwich or bowl of cold cereal.

I don't think i could even feed that to a cat, it looked so gross. Although after seeing canned ham, I understand why he no longer eats pork products.

I would say that I don't know who buys canned soup... But my SO buys canned soup, so thats who.

Braunschweiger is another one... My grandma used to buy it as a treat to give to her dog. For the longest time I thought it was dog food and didn't realize that people ate it as well. I was always confused as to why they would have dog food in the deli counter next to people food. Still can't believe people eat that stuff...
