Decaf. Coffee. Seriously people, no point in drinking coffee unless it has caffiene.
At a certain age, which varies, many people have to give up the caffeine. Blood pressure and insomnia are two reasons. No argument that the "real thing" is much much better!
Pickled pigs feet are my MIL's favorite treat! She gets those as presents for Christmas. She LOVES LOVES LOVES those.
When I was about 4 I saw a pan of them in my babysitter's fridge and asked what they were. From then on I was afraid to eat anything over at her house!
Kraft "singles" - they cannot even call it cheese! It's a "processed cheese-food product".
Look at the ingredients...it's still mostly milk products...such as the whey and milk solids....and additives you will find in other cheeses. It's not traditional cheese so it can't be called that....but that doesn't make it a horrible product for those that like it.
Chunk Light Tuna..... disgusting. What's the point of it?
Just buy Albacore which is great.
I hope you're kidding. There's nothing disgusting about it, anymore than the difference between light/dark meat in chicken. Chunk is a lot cheaper for people on a budget, and I discovered when I accidentally bought one, very handy in saving you the effort of flaking it.
The pickled eggs in jars in the refrigerated section. They look like a science fair exhibit.
While we're on the subject of pickled foods, how about pickled beets? Now I like pickled pickles, but it should be against the laws of nature to pickle any other item. Beets are very talented at being nasty and disgusting all on their own. When you combine it with that pickling idea and throw a gigantic transparent jar of them in our fridge, VOILA! we have an entire shelf with a visual DO NOT DISTURB sign on it. My gf swears she loves pickled beets. We've been together almost a year now, and that jar has not been touched even once in all that time

It's not the processed part of American cheese that bothers me. In fact, I stated in a later post I did in fact buy (and eat) American cheese - which is processed cheese and labeled as such. It's the individually wrapped, shiny "singles" that bother me - it is not labeled as "processed cheese" but as processed cheese product" or in some cases "processed cheese food product". They don't bother you that's fine. No judgment considering I've been known to both purchase and eat Kraft Mac n cheese, so I dont have much room to talk; not to mention I grew up eating the singles and lived to tell the tale The question was about what I wondered about certain foods and I answered.
