Low fat or no fat anything

Diet anything and sugar-free anything

Low salt anything

As far as the above three are concerned, I rather go without.

Instant coffee, instant creamer

Salad dressing in bottles

Miracle Whip

Artificial drinks

Skinless chicken

It's also called livermush. I'll try some. I love Polish liver loaf (I don't know the actual Polish name).

It's tasty. The best is the stuff a Swedish deli sells.

Is that salmon thing on bagels raw or cooked....loks, that's it!

Sorry....edit...lox
It's spelled lachs in Scandinavia. Most is smoked today, but I prefer belly lox. It's cured with salt and sugar. You can make it yourself.

You can't sugar coat THAT!
I agree. A sugar coating or icing wouldn't work.

Liver pudding is a very southern break fast food.

All the items you have mentioned are pretty much ethnic or regional foods ...if you had grown up with them ypu wouldn't be as distainful. .

WTH are packages of fat slices?
Are you speaking of fatback?

Decaf. Coffee. Seriously people, no point in drinking coffee unless it has caffiene.

Well, those of us who would never sleep if they consumed caffeine have to compromise.

Good point.... When something is taken away in its natural form, I just don't see the reasoning in consuming it. This also goes for non-alcohol beer too.

Streak o' lean lends great flavor to beans, though I discard it (dog snack) and do not actually eat it. Never had it fried, either. There is some in my fridge right now.
Huh....never seen it. But never looked either. I'm not a fan of green beans cooked that way (although I know it's a very popular way to cook them)so that would explain it. I prefer them steamed enough that they are tender but still retain a bright green color, smidge of real butter and they're done.

Kraft "singles" - they cannot even call it cheese! It's a "processed cheese-food product".
Chocolate Cool Whip is good for frosting a cake.
Kraft singles make good grilled cheese sammiches.

Hmmm, I don't buy cereal loaded up with sugar, and the thought of chocolate flavored cereal makes me gag. Organ meats, and the packages of fat slices that I guess are used for cooking here in the south don't get a 2nd look either.
I buy packages of chicken gizzards and hearts as treats for my cats! They LOVE these. I portion the full size packages out into little containers and freeze the extras. Every few days, I take one out of the freezer in the morning so it thaws in the fridge, and then in the evening I warm a container to "mouse temperature" and set them out for my kitties! They LOVE these.
