Last nights pulled pork still in the slow cooker.

Tonight it will be Chinese take out. I am not a huge fan of Chinese food but my husband is so occasionally I LET him order it!!
I plan on getting an order of Rice Noodles Singapore Style. I do reserve the right to change my mind though. The husband and kids will probably order a Pu-Pu Platter, House Fried Rice and Hot and Sour Soup. I do really like Hot and Sour Soup.

I am stumped, so far. Nothing sounds good yet. I am really sick of my cooking. Maybe we should go get Indian or Soul Food, or something new.

I have the house all to myself this entire weekend, so I'm probably going to make a big bowl of pasta or cooked grain, maybe quinoa, topped with sautéed summer squash from my garden and dressed with the chimichurri sauce I made with the abundance of parsley I harvested from the herb bed a couple of days ago. I haven't made chimichurri sauce in years. I had forgotten how delicious it is!
