Early dinner today - rack of beef back ribs slow-cooked in the oven, then sliced and finished with a little BBQ sauce, potato salad, sliced tomato, romaine & red cabbage salad with bacos, croutons, and buttermilk ranch dressing.

Went to the farmers' market today and came home with a huge bag of summer vegetables and a package of fresh corn tortillas, so I imagine I'll probably sauté the vegetables (onions, peppers, & squash) and serve them up as tacos with guacamole and the salsa I made the other day, plus refried beans & cilantro rice.

Duck a l'orange; oven-roasted russet potatoes; caramelized onion tart; corn, green bean & tomato salad. Butter cookies & tea for dessert.

Grilled chicken burrito with: pinto beans, rice, cheese, pico de gallo, crema mexicana, and guacamole, all wrapped up in a giant flour tortilla. It feeds two, so I'm sharing.

sauteed pork chops, fresh corn on the cob and tomatoes. There's still leftover gingerbread for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Baked cider salmon with apples and onions. Escarole and apple salad with walnut dressing. Baked applesauce with thyme. Garlic smashed potatoes.
