Tonight's dinner is fairly simple: grilled Tri-Tip, Cheddar Ranch Potatoes, grilled asparagus tips and carrot cake for dessert.

BBQ ribs for hubby that my mom got for us already cooked and I am having a cranberry walnut and goat cheese salad also bought by my mom with some deli sliced BBQ chicken on top and balsamic dressing. This salad should last me 2 more days it's big.
