MONDAY: I'm putting on a huge crockpot of Italian sausage and meatballs with gravy right now. I'll be serving it with spaghetti topped with Romano and pecorino cheeses, salad, warm crusty bread with seasoned olive oil with a nice red wine.

Sorry. I have a full house tonight. I'll let you know in enough time the next time I make it. We're coming into cold weather ( I hope) so it will be on the rotating schedule.
I pulled cod, ground beef and some mystery chicken (not sure if it is thighs or breasts, boneless or bone in, skinless or skin on) out of the freezer. Will put together my weekly menu around those.
If I have tartar sauce, I'll do pan seared cod tonight with Zatarain's red beans and rice. If no tartar sauce, I'll make up a batch and do the cod tomorrow (tastes better if it sits over night) and make a meatloaf tonight.
Saturday: Cocoa is 4 months old today, so she has to go for her shots. While I'm out I'm ordering Abuelo's. Loaded pulled chicken nachos for DS. I'm having the chicken fajita chimichanga with papas con chiles and charro beans with bacon. Iced tea to drink. Have a great weekend everybody!
Awww...Ms. Cocoa's growing up! I hope she takes shots well - our border collie, Cody (passed away a year ago), used to give the vet a run for his money. He'd leap off the table and take off for the waiting room with two attendants close behind him. His blood pressure would shoot up and they would have to calm him down before giving him a shot. My girl dogs were always brave about it!
Ok Alm! I'll try to get one up today. She just learned to jump on the chair by herself with her toy. I'll have that one posted.
