It'll be leftover pork roast and a steamed veggie of some sort. Maybe brussels sprouts.

I'm trying a new recipe tonight. Chicken Pierre. Sounds good and served over rice should be enjoyed by all. I will not add the hot sauce

I had a Cauliflower Cheese. I can just eat it on its own, as a meal, it's so nice. I also like Broccoli Cheese.

We had a nice big lunch at Carrabbas today, so no plan to have dinner. If we get hungry later, it will be a cabbage roll from the freezer, or a grilled cheese with tomato.

A mango nonfat Greek yogurt, 3 toasted slices of whole grain/wheat bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread and a large mug of black tea with a teaspoon of sugar.

Whoever left the private comment you forgot to leave your name... it tastes a little like beef. The way I made them they were really tender and juicy. To that person, I baked them at 365 F for I think 20 minutes...flipping them halfway through.

Tonight I had cheddarwursts and beans.
