Do they come from Martin Clune's (Doc Martin actor) farm? Or is the name a coincidence?

Fried Thai bananas

I have always been a bit intimidated by ginger so I have avoided it. However, this time, it worked really well with the garlic and three types of onions. The Thai basil was really something else. It was so good that my wife took away a portion of the stems and leaves and will be trying to root it.

The Thai bananas were scrapped as I still had three baby bananas. The baby bananas worked OK but lack the body and taste of the Thai bananas.

I noticed that several of the Thai bananas grew together on the stem as a single banana. Does that make them Siamese bananas??

Kielbasa sauteed along with peppers, onions, mushrooms and then "thrown over" steamed rice.
