We are having pork steak, smothered in carmelized onions, a nice garden salad with blue cheese dressing and okra just to keep spoiled brat happy.

I'll be making zucchini fritters to go with the ton of chicken salad from yesterday. And there's still some tsaziki sauce left to go with them.

For dinner, I'm having the other 6" of lunch. (Just so there's no confusion, we got Subway for lunch - I could only eat 1/2 of the sandwich. )

Feel better soon, pickle.

You folks are the best! Many thanks. I am slowly but surely getting over this stuff. It has been years since I have had the flu. Yeah, flu shot is a good idea. I wish i had scheduled one.

Tonight's dinner a repeat of the spaghetti dinner from the other night. I am a bit tired of soup and sandwich. DW makes a mean spaghetti dinner. I only hope i can taste and smell it!

You folks with anniversaries coming up, congrats! Impressive amounts of years mentioned.

I bought an instantpot so I'm looking for a pot roast recipe to try tonight. I bought it for when I start working 65 hrs a week in middle Sept-Jan.

I'm also considering home chef food delivery service during that time as well.

Hang in there Pickle! Yes, you will smell that great sauce AND eat it.

Just needed sour cream and lettuce. Whoever invented three door pick ups - you knew about grocery trips! Packed to the gills and now the fun part.

Fettuccini with saffron cream sauce, grilled chicken breast, huge green salad and English cucumbers for me. Small crepes with peach/honey/rum filling, Comfort food as SO has a long and rough day!

Tonight we're having crockpot chicken and stuffing with whipped potatoes and gravy, spicy green beans and blackberry crumb bars for dessert.

Picklejuice, I hope you are feeling better today.
