Grilling some of the Omaha steaks tonight. Very thin and small. I will cook them quick, don't want well done meat. I can tell already they aren't going to be that good. I'd rather go to my local butcher and get a thick bone in rib eye for $41.00.

I don't know how I missed this but Happy Belated Anniversary lubby!

Tonight's dinner is grilled tri-tip with a maple sage rub, leftover macaroni salad and corn on the cob.
