Eating vicariously through all you wonderful cooks for now - looking like another lean cuisine night for me.

I did not have time to cook at all this weekend. Now, I'm feeling totally exhausted and cranky. Lubby, Happy belated Anniversary.

Tonight we're having spicy barbecued shrimp over cheese grits with a red pepper sauce, green beans & mushrooms, garlic toast and iced-pumpkin pie crescents for dessert.

We ended up with spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, and black walnut ice cream. I am not complaining!

Tonight was the 29th anniversary of Mr Sheena and myself. I didn't cook. We went out to eat at the Country Club.

We had grilled salmon, mashed potatoes, salad, bread - very good bread - cheese cake and champagne.

Next year is a Big One. Didn't get to write until now. We were busy.
