Happy Anniversary Sheena! The country club, huh? Nice.

I'm making Oklahoma catfish, okra, hush puppies, baked beans, corn on the cob. For dessert, blackberry cobbler a la mode.

I don't like catfish but that entire meal sounds delicious.

Happy anniversary sheena

Tonight too hot and tired to eat much so a couple of breaded chicken fillets will suffice

Taking hubby for ultrasound of kidneys & advance bloodwork for upcoming nephrology appt. Hoping to get a break from all of his dieting (for one meal). Hoping for something like Olive Garden (I know, I know, OG is not some of ya'll's idea of a good meal out, but we like it!) Won't be cooking! Woot! Woot!

I call it old school cafeteria food.
Salisbury steak, mash taters/gravy, broccoli, and a roll.
Cooked the steak in the crockpot.

I took the kids out for lunch and there was tons of leftovers. That's what the kids will have for dinner. Either leftover beef stew or maybe a turkey, ham and salami on Syrian with vegetables for us adults.

Happy Anniversary Sheena!
