Pork Sausage Gravy over Grands! Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits
Leafy green lettuce served with cooked crumbled bacon, slices of hard boiled eggs, croutons, and topped with a bit of shredded cheddar cheese and honey mustard salad dressing
I bought some Sticky Fingers brand Carolina BBQ sauce on a whim awhile back. It's been sitting in my pantry forgotten. This morning I was stumped on how to make my pork tenderloin and remembered it.
Tonight's dinner will be grilled pork tenderloin with the Carolina BBQ sauce, a roasted beets and feta salad and maybe some basmati rice too.
Typical Thursday night: DD can drive again so she is coming for dinner. We are having Fried rice with shrimp, egg rolls, sautéed bok choy and pot stickers from Sams. My darn foot and leg is still sore and awful looking, I am trying to stay off it, so the egg rolls are from the freezer, I made them months ago, and the fried rice I did yesterday, so it just has to be heated. The only thing I will need to stand on my feet for is the bok choy and that only takes a few minutes to cook.
Is it cellulitis? Did they put you on antibiotics? I do hope you get better soon! Glad to hear your DD is doing well after her back surgery.
I've got to run back to the doctor for more inhalers. Asthma flaring up big time. Allergy report just now says aside from ragweed, grass and molds, the fall trees are high. Who knew? Elm specifically. I'll probably pick up Chinese take out. House special soup, shrimp egg rolls, dim sum.
Have three girls arriving for dinner shortly; so am trying my hand at "Tagliatelle alla Bolognese". Have cooked this before and everyone survived, so hopefully we will be okay tonight too
