I am eating 2 leftover broccoli and cheese pinwheels from a local pizza place. DH is having Scrambled eggs with Swiss, onions and a little bit of left over pot roast mixed in. Hubby loves meat in his eggs. Toasted English muffin with butter to go with that.

It's been one of those days and I need some soup therapy. Cooking soup relaxes me and the weather is perfect for good soup and hot bread.

Birthday in the house! We had marinated and grilled strip steaks, browned new potatoes and sautéed spinach. Salad before it all and a nice fresh fruit cake with cream cheese frosting. Lovely
