My mouth is watering...... Any how we are having macaroni and beef. I have a marinara sauce simmering on the stove. I am sautéing ground beef with onions and garlic later on. I will add cooked elbows and sauce. I don't like adding ground beef to the sauce while it cooks except for meat balls.

Had to roast up a bunch of chicken leg/thigh quarters yesterday (they had been frozen previously). Tonight will be chicken and spinach enchiladas with Spanish Rice.
Husband's work sent him to Northern New Hampshire for the week. So I figured I will cook the kid's favorites all week. Tonight I will make them each naan pepperoni pizzas. I will make a spinach and prosciutto one for me.
