Craving veggies. Made a green bean thing with onions, sh'takes, garlic, grape tomatoes, cannelini beans, balsamic and parmesan, served with some crusty bread.

I fixed my guy so much football food I barely watched the game! (watched enough to see the Patriots wake up at the very end - too little too late)
Guacamole with chips.
Veggies with spinach dip.
I was going to make empanadas but picked up pizza dough instead of pie crust so I made pizza LOADED with meat and cheese. We're about to burst.
THEN (right now) I remembered I had chili lime spiced pistachios hidden in the cupboard. DOH!
(and there's left over jello and banana cupcakes) (oh, and ice cream)
